Bay Area Aggressive calling cards
The Bay Area Aggressive cards have spiraled in call quality & service.
The customer service is automated, the human response is simply scripted.
Calls are charged for every attempt, even if the line is busy.
When I do get through, frequently our conversation is hampered by poor audio quality.
I will no longer use these cards.
There has to be a better way… any suggestions?
